CAMP ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Click Here for our Central Florida Camp Brochure
2.  Complete all sections on the Camp Enrollment Form
3.  Mail completed package to the Central Florida office in Winter Park
           * Camp Scholarship Request Form, as needed
           * Camp Enrollment Form
           * Student Permission/Waiver Form
           * Deposit, minimum of $100
4.  Balance is due before check-in at camp
5.  Make checks payable to: Fellowship of Christian Athletes
6.  Transportation will be available for FCA Leadership #1 Camp at St. Simon's Island, GA (June 28-July 2).  Please call our office for more information: 407-644-8292 x10

Camps are a time of "inspiration and perspiration" for athletes and coaches to reach their potential by offering comprehensive athletic, spirtual and leadership training.  The types of Camps are Sports Camp, Leadership Camp, Coaches Camp, Youth Sports Camp and Partnership Camp.
